AT&T Store at 12231 West Sunrise Boulevard, Plantation, Florida.

Worst experience ever. I went to this location in an emergency to get some help in 2-27-18 around 8:30pn I Needed to get my account up to date and reinstate due to some unreturned phones. All the phones have been returned and received by Att. But my phones were not turned on. I asked for a manager to just call customer service and let them know that everything is taken care of. The manger tells me that he doesn’t have time for this and says that he has too many customers before me and he is not going to do anything for me and to leave the store. Very disrespectful and unethical and unprofessional. I even told him I can wait he didn’t bother to help or assist me in any way instead told me to leave and started being disrespectful. Please keep away from this place if you have any respect for yourself because they obviously don’t respect you as a customer or as a person.
